Project challenges
Overall management of activities in the entire corporation, large scale, many operations need to be managed but there is no clear process. After the process of building the application process on the system, designing and transferring to users the results achieved:
- Project management from idea generation to project approval (project stages).
- Manage project items, estimates, and disbursement costs for each item.
- Purchasing management includes purchasing construction contractor service packages and necessary equipment and materials.
- Financial and accounting management according to Vietnam's TT200 standards.
- Manage office rental service contracts, apartment purchase and sale contracts, and services accompanying the contract.
- Manage future cash flow, create invoices and debts for customers periodically based on contract terms.
