The project's requirements are to deploy a purchasing and warehouse management system that closely follows the actual process the company is implementing, and digitize information and documents stored on the system. With a high level of information security, documents, exchanges, notes and approvals are completely system-based.
In addition, the company is required to link with existing systems to return information or retrieve information between systems automatically.
Implementation year from 2019 to 2020.

Implementation steps

• Survey operations, understand the actual process, management information and reporting forms under management.
• Demo functions according to system procedures are available in the standard version.
• Develop processes that will be implemented on the system, including approval levels.
• Build a shared code set (master data).
• Build connection processes and information to connect systems to each other.
• Unify forms and reports to be printed or viewed on the system.

On that basis, we have enough basis to adjust the system according to the company's requirements and carry out the remaining tasks such as building data entry scripts, testing, documentation, training. , UAT,... official transfer and user support.
