NexusSports — Privacy Policy

NexusSports (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a training-management app for endurance sports clubs, coaches and athletes. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including how we access data from third-party services such as Garmin Connect.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, role (coach/athlete), club/squad membership.
• Training data you create in the App: workouts, plans, completion status, comments.
• Data from connected devices & services: when you choose to connect a service (e.g. Garmin, Coros, Apple Health), we receive activity/workout data you authorize — such as activity type, date/time, distance, duration, pace and heart-rate metrics.
• Technical data: basic app/usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

2. Garmin Connect data

NexusSports integrates with the Garmin Connect Developer Program. We access your Garmin data only after you explicitly authorize it through Garmin’s secure OAuth login, and only the activity/wellness data needed to provide the App’s features.

• Purpose: to show your completed activities, track training compliance, power team dashboards, analytics and club challenges.
• We do not sell your Garmin data and do not use it for advertising.
• Sharing: your training data is visible to your own coach/club within NexusSports according to your role — not to the public.
• Disconnect anytime: you can revoke access in the App or in your Garmin Connect account. After disconnection we stop receiving new data and delete previously synced Garmin data on request.
• We handle Garmin data in accordance with Garmin’s applicable API terms and policies.

3. How we use your data

• Operate core features: training plans, compliance dashboards, analytics, challenges and community.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse and provide support.
• Improve the App. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage, security & retention

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls. We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; connected-service data (e.g. Garmin) is deleted upon disconnection or on request.

5. Your rights

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Disconnect any linked service (e.g. Garmin) at any time.
• Delete your account. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified in the App.

NexusSports (“Ứng dụng”, “chúng tôi”) là ứng dụng quản lý tập luyện cho CLB, huấn luyện viên và vận động viên thể thao bền bỉ. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng ra sao và quyền của bạn — bao gồm cách truy cập dữ liệu từ dịch vụ bên thứ ba như Garmin Connect.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, email, vai trò (HLV/VĐV), CLB/squad.
• Dữ liệu tập luyện bạn tạo trong App: buổi tập, giáo án, trạng thái hoàn thành, bình luận.
• Dữ liệu từ thiết bị/dịch vụ kết nối: khi bạn chọn kết nối (vd Garmin, Coros, Apple Health), chúng tôi nhận dữ liệu hoạt động bạn cho phép — loại hình, thời gian, quãng đường, thời lượng, pace và nhịp tim.
• Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: thông tin sử dụng và thiết bị cơ bản để vận hành và bảo mật dịch vụ.

2. Dữ liệu Garmin Connect

NexusSports tích hợp với Garmin Connect Developer Program. Chúng tôi chỉ truy cập dữ liệu Garmin sau khi bạn cho phép rõ ràng qua đăng nhập OAuth an toàn của Garmin, và chỉ lấy dữ liệu hoạt động cần thiết cho tính năng của App.

• Mục đích: hiển thị buổi tập đã hoàn thành, theo dõi tuân thủ, dựng dashboard đội, phân tích và thử thách CLB.
• Không bán dữ liệu Garmin, không dùng cho quảng cáo.
• Chia sẻ: dữ liệu tập luyện chỉ hiển thị cho HLV/CLB của bạn trong NexusSports theo vai trò — không công khai.
• Ngắt kết nối bất cứ lúc nào trong App hoặc tại tài khoản Garmin Connect. Sau khi ngắt, chúng tôi dừng nhận dữ liệu mới và xóa dữ liệu Garmin đã đồng bộ theo yêu cầu.
• Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu Garmin theo đúng điều khoản và chính sách API của Garmin.

3. Cách chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu

• Vận hành tính năng cốt lõi: giáo án, dashboard tuân thủ, phân tích, thử thách và cộng đồng.
• Bảo mật, chống lạm dụng và hỗ trợ người dùng.
• Cải thiện App. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

4. Lưu trữ, bảo mật & thời gian lưu

Dữ liệu được lưu trên hạ tầng đám mây có kiểm soát truy cập. Chúng tôi lưu dữ liệu khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào; dữ liệu từ dịch vụ kết nối (vd Garmin) được xóa khi ngắt kết nối hoặc theo yêu cầu.

5. Quyền của bạn

• Xem, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu cá nhân.
• Ngắt kết nối bất kỳ dịch vụ liên kết nào (vd Garmin) bất cứ lúc nào.
• Xóa tài khoản. Liên hệ chúng tôi để thực hiện các quyền này.

6. Trẻ em

App không hướng đến trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi.

7. Thay đổi

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách; ngày “Cập nhật” phản ánh phiên bản mới nhất. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong App.
